Project Overview

Isofit completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the stadium’s external property, focusing on restoring its brickwork, steel structure, and concrete support pillars. Years of exposure to the elements, combined with heavy footfall, had taken their toll on these key areas. The project began with a detailed assessment to identify damage and wear. The concrete was carefully cleaned and repaired to revive and enhance its visual appeal. The steel structure underwent extensive surface preparation, including preparation and treatment, followed by the application of a durable weather-resistant coating to ensure long-lasting protection against corrosion.

In addition to the brick and steelwork, the stadium and training ground external staircases were refurbished to improve both functionality and safety. The stair treads were repaired, anti-slip coatings were applied, and the handrails were reinforced and repainted to provide a fresh, modern appearance. Each aspect of the project was executed with precision, ensuring minimal disruption to the stadium and training ground’s operations, adhering to the highest safety standards. The refurbishment has not only revitalised the stadium and training ground exteriors but has also enhanced the safety and usability of its access points, leaving it well-prepared for continued use and future challenges.
